  • If our team arrives at the scheduled location and cannot access the property, a call-out fee may still apply.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges and be referred to a debt collection agency, with collection costs passed on to the customer.

5. Warranty and Liability

  • We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months.
  • Warranty does not cover customer-supplied materials, pre-existing issues, or damage caused by misuse.
  • Fairfield Plumbing is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from our services.

6. Emergency Services

  • After-hours emergency callouts may incur additional fees.
  • Service response time depends on technician availability and workload.

7. Health and Safety

  • Customers must inform us of any potential hazards at the worksite.
  • We comply with WorkSafe New Zealand health and safety regulations.
  • Our team reserves the right to refuse or halt work if conditions are unsafe.
